We reserve the right to decline service to any individual at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

Treat all matches, staff, and consultants with respect and courtesy.
Attend scheduled introductions or provide reasonable notice of cancellation.
Maintain the confidentiality of any information shared about your matches.
Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees vary based on the program selected and are discussed during your initial consultation.
All fees are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Refund policies are specified in your service agreement.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on lovenoteinternational.com — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is the property of LoveNote International and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LoveNote International acts as a facilitator of introductions. We are not responsible for:

The behavior, actions, or representations of any member or match.
Any outcomes resulting from introductions, meetings, or relationships.
Any emotional distress or disappointment arising from the matchmaking process.

We strongly recommend exercising personal judgment and caution when meeting anyone new.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, or dishonest.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
