How It Works

Our Process, Step by Step

Every LoveNote introduction follows the same four steps: a private consultation, curated introductions with verified members, guided meetings with an interpreter present, and ongoing support as your relationship grows. Both people review each other and consent before any introduction — at every step, a consultant you know by name stays involved.

What happens in the first consultation?

A private, in-depth conversation to understand who you are and what you're looking for — your values, preferences and relationship goals. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and our team responds to applications within 48 hours.

How are matches selected?

Our team personally curates compatible matches based on mutual preferences, values and relationship goals — there is no algorithm. Every candidate you meet has been interviewed and verified by us (identity, marital status, background — see our Safety & Verification page). Both of you review each other's profile and both must express genuine interest before any introduction is made.

What is a guided meeting?

First, a private video call arranged by us to see if there's genuine chemistry — with a professional interpreter present whenever you don't share a language. When you're both ready, we coordinate an in-person meeting, whether in Bangkok, across Thailand, or internationally, with our team's full support.

Can I decline a match?

Always — and so can she. Every introduction requires genuine interest from both sides. Declining a match never affects your standing or your program.

What happens after we match?

We stay by your side: travel coordination, cultural guidance, and long-term relationship support as things grow. Our documentary series exists because we genuinely follow our couples' journeys — often all the way to the wedding.
