Safety & Verification
LoveNote International is operated by BONA GLOBAL LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration No. 78549505. Every member of our network is personally interviewed before any introduction, and verification deepens as an introduction progresses. A professional interpreter is present in every cross-language meeting, and no personal contact information is ever exchanged until both people have said yes. We are a small team with offices in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Seoul, and every client works directly with the people on our team page.
Yes. LoveNote International is operated by BONA GLOBAL LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration No. 78549505, which anyone can verify through the Hong Kong Companies Registry. Our matchmaking operations run from Bangkok, with offices in Hong Kong and Seoul. We are not a dating app and not an anonymous introduction website — we are a small, named team you can see, meet, and speak with. Our documentary series follows real client journeys with their permission, and our couples appear on camera because their stories are real.
Verification happens in stages, and we think that is the honest way to do it.
We are deliberate about this order. We do not ask a female member to hand over her identity documents to strangers on day one; verification tightens as commitment increases on both sides. Our network holds over 1,000 female members across Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, and a consultant from our team stays involved throughout.
Yes, and the structure is the safety: introductions happen through us, with a professional interpreter present in every meeting where the two of you don't share a language. No private contact details — phone, LINE, social media — are exchanged until both people have agreed to continue. This protects both sides equally.
Always. Every introduction at LoveNote is mutual: both people review each other's profile and both must express genuine interest before any meeting is arranged. Nobody is ever "assigned" to anyone.
We are the opposite of one. Mutual consent is the foundation of every introduction — women in our network choose to join, choose whom to meet, and can decline any introduction at any time, exactly as our male clients can. We introduce people; people decide.
The scams that plague international dating happen through anonymity — fake profiles, unverified strangers, requests for money. Our model removes the anonymity: every member is interviewed and verified by our team in person or on video, no money ever changes hands between members, and our consultants stay involved through every step. If anyone ever asks a client for money, we want to hear about it the same day.
Yes. Clients in the United States are subject to IMBRA (the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act), a US federal law that places specific background-disclosure and written-consent obligations on both the client and any agency involved. We review every US enquiry personally and require US clients to complete IMBRA's background disclosures before an introduction proceeds. We are not a law firm, and we recommend that US clients confirm their own filing requirements with a US immigration attorney.
